Fireproof glass is mainly used to control the extension of fire or isolate smoke. It is a method type fireproof material. Its fireproof function is evaluated by its fireproof function. It is a special glass processed and treated by special technology, which can adhere to its integrity and heat insulation in regular fire resistance experiments. 2. Glass trough equipment on the lower side and upper part of embedded iron parts: steel part at the bottom of the trough according to the standard equipment in the planning drawings

Parts, fixed with expansion bolts, and then steel glass grooves on the upper and side of the equipment. Straighten and fix. The bottom tape in the equipment groove and the non stainless steel parts shall be painted with antirust paint;

3. Positioning of glass block equipment: all tempered flat glass shall be customized by the manufacturer and transported to the construction site.

Clean the glass trough and glass block, place the glass block in the equipment trough with glass equipment machine or mail suction cup, plug and fix it with plastic block after leveling and verticality, level all equipment of the same glass wall, and start glue injection after verticality;

4. Glue injection: first clean the upper and lower parts, the stainless steel glass groove on the side and the glue injection place of the glass seam, and then stick the glass and stainless steel plate on both sides of the glue injection with white tape, leaving the glue injection seam position. The national rules require glue injection. The same seam is filled and scraped at one time without stopping. (Note: a. the glue can be injected only when the glue injection seam is monotonous and should not be wet; B. the glue injected in the upper and lower stainless steel grooves is structural silica gel, and the glue injected in the gap between glass blocks is transparent glass glue).

5) cleaning and hygiene: clean the glass block with glass cleaner. (do not wash with acid solution)
